Family Investments Realty is a Pennsylvania real estate brokerage firm specializing in multi-family, land, income-producing, and commercial real estate.

The idea behind Family Investments Realty started with my family. My parents immigrated from Iran to the United States in the 1970s with very little money. Through hard work and fortitude, they provided a safe, stable, and positive upbringing for me and my siblings. My siblings and I owe everything we have to our parents. We want that same appreciation and opportunity for every family because we understand that nearly all real estate transaction decisions are for the good of not just the lead investor or decision maker but also that family that many of us cannot or do not see.

Every family has an expected rate of return, whether buying or selling, that works for them. That is why we ask “What’s your percent?” We take decision making very seriously and appreciate the gravity of every real estate transaction, small and large.
